Clerk's Office

The office of the Clerk is responsible for overseeing the filings of all cases before the Commission. Questions concerning the status of a particular case should be directed to the Clerk's office. Contact information for the Clerk's Office is here.

The Clerk's office hours are 8am - 5pm, Eastern Time, Monday through Friday except on legal state holidays.

Filings by FAX: The FAX machine is only on during normal business hours.

NOTE: If the filing date of your document falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal state holiday, the document is due the next business day.
